You'll want to make sure you get the best advice but you may be worried about legal fees. For Personal Injury claims, No win no fee is an option available to many clients – and it really is as simple as it sounds.

If your no win no fee compensation claim is successful, your solicitor will take their fee from your compensation award.

While most cases can be dealt with on a no win no fee basis, there are some limited exceptions. Your specialist personal injury solicitor will explain if that is the case. This ensures you understand the process fully and feel confident in your decision.

If you'd like to have a no-obligation chat about making a compensation claim on a no-win no-fee basis then contact start your claim today using the telephone number or enquiry form on our website. Our legal experts are here to answer your questions and guide you through the no win, no fee process.

How much do no win, no fee claims cost?

With a no win no fee arrangement there are no upfront costs for you as the claimant. You only pay us as your Personal Injury Solicitors if your claim is successful. We then take an agreed percentage of the compensation award, which is discussed with you at the start (If your claim settles for over £100,000 then the fee you will pay is 20% on the first £100,000 and 10% on the remainder of your award, up to £500,000).  If your claim is unsuccessful, you pay us nothing.

However, you should be aware that if your personal injury claim is unsuccessful and the case goes to court, you may be liable to pay the costs of the other party.  Our After-The-Event insurance product gives protection in such situations.

After The-Event Insurance

To support our no win, no fee agreement, we can also offer an insurance policy, called After The Event Insurance. This policy, also offered on a no win, no fee basis, gives you financial protection against any costs that may be payable to the other side if your claim is unsuccessful.
