Katie Ross

Katie is a Personal Injury Paralegal in our Dundee office, dealing with and advising clients with road traffic accident, public liability and occupiers liability claims. She works alongside Partner Gary Mannion and Legal Director Richard Poole.

Katie is very client centred and wants her clients to feel that they can contact her at any time, while she supports them through the claims process; being clear and transparent throughout.

Katie previously worked as a First Response Agent and First Response Team Leader within our First Response team and has experience in the front-end process of making a claim.

Prior to joining Thorntons, Katie graduated from the University of Aberdeen with an honours degree in History. She was also a volunteer with Victim Support Scotland.

Having completed her Pre-PEAT traineeship, Katie is currently studying for the Diploma in Legal Practice at Robert Gordon University.
