Heather Harden

Working across our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices, Heather is a Solicitor in our Personal Injury team.

Heather advises individuals on a wide range of claims, including clinical negligence, road traffic accidents, employers' liability, occupiers' and public liability, historic abuse, and beauty treatment claims. She supports clients through what can often be complex and challenging circumstances, providing clear guidance and practical support throughout the claims process.

Heather is known for her approachable and personable manner. She combines a proactive approach with strong attention to detail, balancing competing priorities effectively to deliver a reliable service.

Before qualifying into the Personal Injury team, Heather gained experience in Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Healthcare, giving her a broad understanding of legal practice and client needs.

Outside her client work, Heather is Co-Lead of the firm's Health and Wellbeing Network, a Mental Health First Aider, and is involved in Law Society of Scotland wellbeing initiatives.
