Alessia Cucchi

Based in Edinburgh, Alessia is a first seat Trainee Solicitor in our Personal Injury team.

Alessia works alongside Kathleen-Erin Lawson, assisting clients with a range of personal injury matters, including taking precognitions, instructing expert reports, valuing claims, attending expert witness consultations and drafting court documents.

Alessia completed her LLB, with options in Spanish, and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Aberdeen.

Alessia represented her university in the National Negotiation and National Mediation Competition. She was ranked the highest-scoring mediator in her team for the National Mediation Challenge, an experience that helped develop her communication and advocacy skills.

Outside of the office, Alessia enjoys running and is currently training for a marathon next year.
