Richard is an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor based in our Dundee office.

He deals with cases for many different types of claims, but specialises in accidents at work and clinical negligence claims.

His experience of accident at work claims includes, slips and trips, manual handling claims, serious back injuries and chronic pain, and claims resulting from the failure of employers to provide appropriate protective work equipment, while his experience of clinical negligence claims include: serious injuries, including catastrophic injuries, head and brain injuries and fatalities.

Richard recently settled a Court of Session action on behalf of an individual injured by an industrial machine.

Richard prides himself on providing excellent client care, ensuring that he puts his client’s needs first; by listening to them at all times and keeping them updated about the progress of their claim.
