Colin engages with developers at all stages in the process.  Recognised as market leaders in the provision of estate agency services his advice is regularly sought in providing assistance to those considering sites, house types, pricing, market demand and looking to identify target buyers types. He will advise on marketing strategies aimed at providing a rate of sales in keeping with anticipated build programs and suggest pre-marketing activities.

Colin and his New Homes Team have extensive experience in all aspects of marketing with the back up of a property sales team which operates from a network of 10 branches. Branch offices, websites, social media, newspaper advertising, mailing lists and cross selling from our marketing of a major share of residential property in our area of operation create excellent levels of enquiries for our stock of properties. Most importantly, we have a team who has the experience and objectives of ensuring that enquiries are dealt with efficiently with a view to finding the optimum buyers for the properties we market and identifying any service needs and advice they require.
