Andrew is an Associate based in our Edinburgh and Dundee offices. He has extensive experience of representing employers and employees in both contentious and non-contentious matters including unfair dismissals, grievances, discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE, settlement agreements, absence management, redundancies, contracts and HR policies.
He regularly appears in the employment tribunal for individuals and employers and has a particular interest in representing clients in the tech industry. Andrew takes pride in getting to know his clients to fully get to grips with their position and providing commercial advice in a way that is easy for clients to understand.
Andrew regularly speaks on employment law matters and provides training for clients. Outwith the realms of employment law, Andrew is also a director of Cricket Scotland Holdings Limited and a trustee of a cricket charity Beyond Boundaries.
