Alice Hegarty

Working alongside Sandra Sutherland and Lynne Sturrock, Alice is a Solicitor in our Family team.

Based in Dundee, Alice advises clients on a variety of family law matters including separation, divorce, cohabitation claims, and contact/residence issues in relation to children. She is experienced in representing clients in Sheriff Courts across Scotland.

Before joining Thorntons, Alice volunteered at a child contact centre in Dundee with Relationships Scotland where she also gained experience in advising on contact and residence claims.
