As we move through the phases of coming out of lockdown, the health and wellbeing of our colleagues, clients and communities continues to be paramount.
In line with Scottish Government guidance, our legal offices remain closed. Although our buildings are closed, we continue to be accessible and can still provide all of our services remotely ensuring any disruption for our clients is minimised. A number of our colleagues are on furlough under terms of the UK Government’s Employee Retention Scheme. Those not on furlough are working from their homes and continue to be available by telephone, email and by video-conferencing facilities.
Our overall aim is to safeguard our employees and their families at the same time as minimising any disruption to the services we provide for clients.
We are regularly reviewing our operations in line with Scottish and UK Government guidance.
