An Associate in our Dispute, Resolution and Claims Department and based in Cupar, Cheryl advises clients on a broad range of litigation matters. Cheryl completed her Legal Traineeship with Steel Eldridge Stewart where she gained invaluable knowledge and experience in various areas of the law.
Cheryl has a particular interest in Family Law matters including separation, divorce, residence/contact issues and cohabitation matters.
Cheryl has experience in representing clients in the Courts in respect of both Civil and Criminal matters.
Cheryl was also appointed as Assistant Secretary to the Fife Valuation Appeals Committee in March 2015.
