Lewis is a final seat Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate Ventures & Innovation team, having commenced his Training Contract at Thorntons in September 2022.
Prior to commencing his Training Contract, Lewis worked within Thorntons for a number of years in our Risk and Compliance team as a Legal Technologist, developing solutions to improve the firm’s operations as part of the digital transformation framework. In addition to this, Lewis has supported some of our clients in their own journey to digital transformation, bringing together the firms range of specialist advisors and combining this with the right technology to solve everyday challenges for clients.
Lewis gained a Scots and English Dual Qualifying LLB from the University of Dundee and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde.
Lewis has a particular interest in LegalTech, innovation and start-ups.
