Based in Inverness, Hazel is a Senior Paralegal in our Residential Property team.
She assists clients with all types of residential conveyancing matters relating to property in Scotland such as sales/purchases (including plots and the government Open Market shared equity scheme), transfers of title, re-mortgages, security work, discharges, executry conveyancing, preparation of Deeds of Servitude, excambions and complex voluntary registrations in the Land Register.
Hazel strives to provide excellent client customer service and she offers commercially focused advice in respect of all matters for property transactions. She is well known by her clients for her quick response time.
Hazel qualified as a specialist in property law in 2007 and later registered with the Law Society of Scotland following the launch of their specialist paralegal scheme in 2010.
