Eve McBride

A Solicitor in our specialist Personal Injury team, Eve advises clients on a range of Personal Injury claims including; road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, public liability claims and clinical negligence claims.  Eve also has experience assisting survivors of historic abuse in Scotland obtain compensation through the courts and the Scottish Redress Scheme. 

Eve deals with cases in Sheriff Courts across Scotland, as well as progressing actions in the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court and assisting with cases in the Court of Session.

Eve has a supportive and reassuring approach to clients who are often dealing with sensitive and difficult matters. Her focus is on making the claims process as straightforward as possible for her clients to achieve the best outcome whilst supporting their recovery.
