Working alongside Loretta Maxfield and Morgan O’Neill, Claudine is a Solicitor in our Intellectual Property team.

Claudine primarily advises on Data Protection and provides practical support to a wide range of clients across different sectors. She advises on a range of matters including data sharing arrangements, data protection audit, risk management, confidentiality agreements, policies and notices, international transfers of data and undertaking Privacy Impact Assessments.

Claudine graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Stirling and later completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow. Before joining Thorntons, Claudine trained at a public sector organisation where she gained experience in the areas of Data Protection and Regulatory law.
