Lucy is a final seat Trainee Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team. She joined Thorntons in September 2023 and completed her first seats in Corporate, Private Client and Intellectual Property.

Prior to joining Thorntons, Lucy gained experience in a small high street firm working on Private Client and Conveyancing matters for clients. She is passionate about developing relationships with clients and provides a client-centred approach. 

Lucy graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow, which included an Erasmus year at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Ian graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Stirling and completed the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh. He was recognised for his effort and hard work when he received the Best performing student award for both the LLB and Diploma.

A Partner in our Dispute, Resolution and Claims team, Stephanie advises clients on a wide range of commercial litigation, debt recovery and dispute resolution matters. She also deals with contentious personal and corporate insolvency cases.

With over 30 years’ experience in dispute resolution in the Sheriff Court, Court of Session and regulatory tribunals, he has extensive knowledge of debt recovery, insolvency, professional negligence, contractual and property disputes. including neighbour and landlord and tenant disputes. He also deals with alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
