Wiktoria is a final seat Trainee in Private Client. She commenced her Training Contract in September 2023 and has completed seats in Personal Injury. Private Client and Commercial Real Estate.

Prior to commencing her Training Contract, Wiktoria worked as a Conveyancing Paralegal in the Residential Property Post Settlement Hub.

Wiktoria graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Abertay and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Dundee.

Joanne is a Legal Director in our Private Client team in Dundee.

Working alongside Chris Gardiner, Joanne advises clients on all aspects of Private Client matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, executry administration, legal rights issues, care home cost planning and Inheritance Tax planning. She can also assist with some matters related to Trusts. Joanne has a particular interest in advising on executry estates.

Working alongside Bruce Renfrew and Graham Lambert, Maxine is a Solicitor in our Private client team.

Covering Perth and the surrounding areas, Maxine acts for clients who require advice and assistance with their lifetime planning in terms of their Wills and Powers of Attorney. She specialises in Executry Administration and advises clients who require assistance following a bereavement.  She can assist on a wide range of matters including attending to Applications for Confirmation, Inheritance Tax Returns and settling estates with beneficiaries.

Based in our St Andrews and Cupar offices, Lauren works with partners, Audrey Dishington and Susan Duff. She acts for a range of clients from across Fife who wish to protect their assets and carry out Inheritance tax or care cost planning for the benefit of their family and future generations. 

Lauren has a particular interest in estate administration and is undertaking additional qualifications to advise clients dealing with estates which contain foreign and non-domicile elements.

Working alongside Partners Anne McKeown and Stuart Mackie, Aimee is a Solicitor in the Private Client team. Aimee is primarily based in Forfar, however she works across all three of our Angus offices.

Aimee advises on a wide range of Private Client matters including Executries, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, legal rights issues and care cost planning. She acts for clients from all backgrounds and circumstances but she is particularly experienced in dealing with the elderly and the vulnerable.

Millie is a Senior Solicitor in our Private Client team.  She advises on the administration of a wide range of executry estates and also acts for clients who wish to prepare or update their affairs relating to Wills and Powers of Attorney.

She specialises in executries, including those more complex cases subject to inheritance tax and other general private client work.

Millie prides herself in being approachable and she looks to build and develop a positive rapport with each of her clients.
