Duncan Shaw

Duncan is an Associate in our Private Client team. Based in Cupar, Duncan assists families and individual clients of all ages in preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney, particularly those who have complicated circumstances. He also advises on complex Trust and Estates matters.  

Duncan is well known for his prompt response and focus on client care, as well as his understanding of each client’s individual needs.

Duncan is a member of STEP, and won the Worldwide Excellence Award for coming top in the Advanced Certificate for Tax in Trusts and Estates in Scotland
