Robin Beattie is an Associate in our Dispute Resolutions and Claims team based in Angus. Robin has worked for the firm from the outset of his legal career, having trained with the firm after obtaining an Honours degree in Law and a Diploma in Legal Practice, both from the University of Dundee.

Robin covers a broad range of contentious cases and appears regularly at Forfar Sheriff and Justice of the Peace Courts on behalf of his clients. His expertise lies in criminal defence work and civil litigation. Robin can provide advice to clients on a wide range of litigation matters including family law cases, personal injury claims, professional and medical negligence claims, commercial litigation and landlord/tenant disputes.

Robin is well placed to advise clients on issues of incapacity and has extensive experience of applying to the Sheriff Court for guardianship provisions to protect incapable adults of all ages.
