Based in our Dundee office, Hannah is a Trust Manager in our Private Client team.

Working alongside Partner Morna Coutts, Senior Trust Manager Glyn Roberts and the Dundee Trust team, Hannah advises on trust administration. This involves setting up new trusts, the preparation of legal documents, maintaining trust cash balances and making sure payments are received and paid on time.

Hannah is well known by her clients for her approachability and her fast response time.

She specialises in executry administration, applications for Confirmation, Inheritance Tax returns, legal rights claims and settling estates with beneficiaries.

A Tax Manager with Thorntons since 2021, Audrey works with Partner Morna Coutts in Edinburgh. She works closely with our Private Client teams across all our offices, as well as with other teams such as Residential Property and Family Law, and specialises in tax compliance for individuals, trusts and estates, and dealing with capital gains tax compliance.

Audrey has over 30 years’ experience working in both legal and accountancy firms. She works closely with her clients to ensure they are fully informed and kept updated throughout the compliance process.

Marie has over 25 years’ experience in this area, and holds the University of Strathclyde Certificate of Performance in Specialist Paralegal Studies in Wills, Trusts and Executries.

She helps clients deal with their tax issues, completing Self-Assessment Tax Returns and Capital Gains Tax 60-day Returns for individuals, working with our Trust clients on completing Trust Tax Returns, dealing with Estate Returns and administration period reporting, and handling any related tax compliance work.

Approachable and client-centred, she handles all aspects of executry administration, including complex Inheritance Tax estate administration and complex farming estates, with clear, practical advice and support for clients throughout the process.

Ashley has 24 years of experience in this area, and is a qualified Wills, Trusts and Executries Paralegal, as well as holding a Diploma from the Society of Law Accountants in Scotland and CLT Scotland.
