Stuart is a key member of our Private Client team in Dundee and Angus. He has a broad experience base and is well placed to advise individuals, families and corporate clients on a range of matters.

Stuart advises clients on matters ranging from contentious disputes to succession advice, wills, powers of attorney, trusts and the administration of estates; and he regularly deals with contentious executries, contentious guardianship applications and other disputes arising from private client matters. Stuart successfully completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts & Estates in Scotland, with merit, in 2019.

Stuart is currently the Chairman of local Forfar charity "The Pitstop" which aims to promote the positive development of young people and to promote intergenerational projects in the local area. He is also the Group Scout Leader at the 6th Forfar Scout Group.
