Vicki Alexander

An Associate in our Commercial Real Estate team, Vicki advises both individual and business clients on a range of commercial property matters. She regularly assists clients with commercial acquisitions and disposals, development purchases, security work and leases on behalf of both landlord and tenant.

Vicki has a particular interest in the sale and acquisition of commercial property and commercial leasing within the hospitality and leisure sector, and also has experience in acting on behalf of lenders in commercial property transactions. 

Vicki’s recent experience includes the sale and purchase of hotels and licenced premises across Fife.

It is important to Vicki that her clients receive the best client experience, and is well known for her fast responses and clear communication. Vicki is also a Notary Public.
