A Solicitor in our Commercial Real Estate team, Simon advises clients on a range of matters including; vacant and investment property purchases & disposals and all aspects of commercial leases. He acts for both individual and business clients including property investors, retail tenants, pension funds and private trusts. He can also provide general property advice including reviewing ownership and access rights. Simon has a particular interest in property investment and development.
Simon gained vast experience in customer-facing roles before joining Thorntons, so he recognises that client care is a priority and strives to build rapport with his clients to truly understand their commercial needs and provide bespoke advice.
