Nina Robertson

Nina is a Solicitor in our Commercial Real Estate team in Inverness and is also a key member of the Planning & Environment Team. Nina regularly advises clients on a range of planning and environmental matters throughout Scotland.  Having experience in dealing with all aspects of planning applications, conditions and agreements and in particular, complex s.75 Agreements. Nina also regularly deals with Planning Appeals for a range of clients and drafts planning objections for and on behalf or private individuals and corporate bodies impacted by planning applications.  Nina advised renewable companies on planning applications and appeals.

Nina also has experience in Environmental Law acting for private clients and has also represented Government agencies and local authorities.

Nina also advises clients on all aspects of commercial acquisition and disposals, acting for a range of clients from individuals through to companies and parties with commercial portfolios. Nina advises individuals, partnerships and businesses on commercial property purchases, sales and all aspects of commercial leases.

Excellent client care is very important to Nina so she focuses on providing the best possible service to her clients and has a strong focus on building lasting client relationships whilst maintaining a solutions based focus.
