Louise Crichton

Louise is a Senior Solicitor in our Immigration & Visas team.

She advises both individual and business clients on a range of matters including family immigration, Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) applications, British citizenship applications, entry clearance applications and human rights cases. She can assist with sponsor licence applications, the Sponsor Management System and responding to Home Office enforcement action. She also regularly represents clients in the First-Tier Tribunals and Upper Tribunals (Immigration and Asylum).

She is particularly interested in the new points-based immigration system and the opportunities the new routes such as the High Potential Individual (HPI) route, the Scale-up route and the Global Business Mobility Routes offer individuals and businesses.

Louise is well known for her practical and commercially focused advice. She is recognised by her clients for her expertise and empathy of the challenges faced when dealing with the immigration system.

Louise is also a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association.
