Louise Crichton

An Associate in our specialist Immigration & Visas team, working alongside Partner Jacqueline Moore, Louise advises individual and business clients on all aspects of immigration law. 

For Business clients, Louise offers practical and commercially focused advice on how best to use the Skilled Worker and Global Mobility routes to successfully recruit and retain international staff. Louise has extensive experience in the healthcare sector with a focus on dental practitioners, pharmacists and care home operators. She supports clients with Right to Work training, conducting mock audits, and preparing responses to Home Office enforcement action. 

Louise is particularly interested in the opportunities the Global Talent visa and Innovator Founder visa offer individuals and businesses. 

For individuals, Louise is recognised by her clients for her expertise and empathy of the challenges faced when dealing with the immigration system. She can advise on all aspects of family immigration including entry clearance applications, leave to remain applications, Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) applications, British citizenship applications, and EUSS applications. 

Louise is also a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association.
