Based in our Dundee office, Leanne is our IT Operations Manager, working with IT Director Sarah Blair to respond to and resolve IT incidents and service disruptions across the firm promptly. This involves troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing root causes, and minimizing downtime and disruption to the business.

ITIL certified and with over 20 years’ experience in IT, Leanne enjoys overseeing the change management process, regularly evaluating our processes and seeking ways to improve them. She works to establish positive, effective relationships with colleagues and suppliers, as well as keeping updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that we are delivering the highest possible level of service.
