Kirsty joined Thorntons in 2021 and is our EVP & Reward Manager. She is part of our People team based in our Dundee office and works with Susan Hetrick, Director of People.
Kirsty is responsible for managing our salary review processes, company benefits, job design, people policies and employee engagement initiatives, and has a keen interest in reward benchmarking and learning about new people trends. She likes to work collaboratively with the business to find solutions and initiatives that helps Thorntons deliver on its strategic people and culture objectives.
Kirsty has worked for 24 years in People & Culture roles, and has a postgraduate qualification in HR Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
