An Associate in our Residential Property team in St Andrews, James works alongside Partners, Douglas Kinnear and Sandy Grant. He advises clients from the UK and abroad on a wide range of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers.
James also has knowledge and experience of working within the English residential property market. He can therefore offer a unique insight and provide support to clients who are based in England and may be unfamiliar with the differences of the conveyancing process in Scotland.
James is well known by his clients for being friendly, approachable and responsive. He focuses on helping his clients feel at ease as he understands that buying or a selling a property is not something you do every day.
