Working alongside Partners Morna Coutts, Graeme Dickson and Emma Horne, Finlay is a Solicitor in our specialilst Private Client team.
Finlay advises on a wide range of Private Client matters including Executries, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Succession and Tax Planning. He acts for clients from all backgrounds including individuals, families and trustees. Finlay is particularly interested in executries and succession.
Finlay is well known by his clients for his warm and friendly manner. They appreciate his positive and helpful attitude at what is often a difficult time for them.
Outside of the office, Finlay plays rugby for the Law Society of Scotland RFC.
