Working alongside Partners Aimee Gibbons and Hugo Allan, Erin is a Solicitor in our Commercial Real Estate team in Glasgow.
She advises landlords and tenants on a wide range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and office, retail and industrial leases. She also assists lenders and borrowers in securing real estate finance.
Erin is dual qualified so she advises on matters in both Scotland and England. She also has experience advising on investment sales, acquisitions and renewables including EV charging leases.
Erin enjoys getting to know her clients and strives to tailor her advice to their individual requirements. Excellent client care is very important to Erin so she focuses on avoiding complicated legal language and provides clear, transparent advice.
