Ben Ager

A Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team, Ben works alongside Partner, Stephanie Carr, advising clients on a variety of commercial disputes including contractual issues and property-related matters.

Drawing on experience gained both in private practice and as in-house counsel at an SPFL football club, Ben provides commercially focused legal advice that reflects the realities of operating and managing organisations. His experience spans a range of contentious and non-contentious commercial and regulatory matters, including those specific to professional sporting organisations, giving him a broad perspective on dispute resolution and strategic decision-making.

Ben regularly assists clients with contractual and property disputes, taking a pragmatic approach that seeks to achieve efficient and commercially sensible outcomes. Where court action becomes necessary, he provides clear guidance throughout the litigation process and works closely with clients to protect their interests.

He places particular importance on understanding each client's objectives, building trusted relationships and delivering advice that is practical, responsive and tailored to their needs.
