Sarah Jack

Working alongside Aimee Gibbons, Sarah is a Legal Director in our Commercial Real Estate team.

Sarah advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including purchases, disposals, refinances, and all aspects of commercial leasing transactions.  She supports clients throughout the full lifecycle of a property transaction, providing clear and practical guidance at every stage.

Sarah acts for a broad range of clients, including businesses, individuals, pension funds and lenders.  She has a particular interest in the retail sector and enjoys collaborating with a client’s wider professional team to assist from early negotiations right through to seeing new stores open for business.

Client care is very important to Sarah, and she focuses on keeping them fully informed and supported throughout their transaction.

Sarah was recognised as an Associate to Watch by Chambers and Partners in 2025.
