Robbie Francis

Robbie is a Partner in our Corporate Team, working primarily from our Dundee and Edinburgh offices.  With more than 15 years’ experience providing commercial and strategic advice to clients, he has particular expertise in corporate M&A work, business structures, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.

Robbie works with clients who are active in some of the Scottish economy’s most important industries and sectors, including renewable energy, food & drink, leisure & tourism, and education.  

Whether working with owner-managed businesses, SMEs, national operators or overseas investors and parent companies, Robbie’s approach focuses on commercial priorities, pragmatic solutions, and building effective trusted advisor relationships with his clients.

Robbie’s work with clients on transactional matters such as purchases, sales, investment activity and corporate joint ventures, is complemented by significant experience in commercial advisory work, providing clients with long-term legal support across their operations.
