Ria Mehta

Based in St Andrews, Ria is a first seat Trainee Solicitor in our Residential Property team.

Ria assists clients with a range of residential property matters, including purchases, sales, transfers of title, discharges of securities and remortgages.

Prior to commencing her traineeship, Ria spent three and a half years working in our Estate Agency team. This experience provided her with a valuable foundation for her traineeship and gave her an insight into the property sales process.

She is committed to delivering a personalised service tailored to each client's needs and enjoys building strong client relationships.

Ria completed both her LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Dundee.
