Rachel Lawson

Working alongside Loretta Maxfield and Morgan O'Neill, Rachel is a Solicitor in our Data Protection team.

Rachel advises businesses on data protection compliance and drafting/negotiating contracts. She also advises our DPO Service clients and brings a pragmatic, business-focused approach to her work, with clear client communication.

Rachel recently completed a six-month secondment to a FTSE 100 company, where she supported marketing and brand teams in managing advertising risk and relationships with major sporting bodies. Her consideration of risk included general advertising and intellectual property specific elements, as well as reputational and relationship risk.
