Based in our Cupar office, Michelle is a Senior Executry Manager in our Private Client team, working with Partners Susan Duff and Stephanie Pratt. Michelle focuses solely on executries.
With 26 years of experience and a BA (Hons) Law with a Diploma in Conveyancing and Executry Services Law, Michelle has dealt with all aspects of Executry Law, both estate and intestate, as well as Inheritance Tax estates, and is committed to providing a first-class service to her clients.
Michelle is very aware that clients are often coming to her at what can be a particularly difficult and stressful time in their lives, and is supportive throughout the executry process. She navigates the administration of the estate for clients, ensuring they understand the process and know what to expect at each stage.
