Megan Humphries

Based in St Andrews, Megan is a first seat Trainee Solicitor in our Commercial Real Estate team.

Working alongside Janet McIntyre, Megan assists clients with a wide range of commercial property matters, including drafting leases, purchase transactions, minutes of variation and LBTT returns, as well as reconstructing title deeds.

Megan is known for her ability to think creatively when resolving client issues and is committed to providing practical advice tailored to each client's individual circumstances.

Prior to commencing her traineeship, Megan completed an internship with our Commercial Litigation team in 2024 and gained further experience through internships with other law firms. She also volunteered as Assistant Director of the Aberdeen Law Project.

Megan holds an LLB from the University of Aberdeen, an LLM in Medical Law and Ethics from Durham University, and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh.
