A Solicitor in our Family Law team in Perth, Megan advises individuals and families on all aspects of family law, including separation, divorce, child contact and Surrogacy arrangements. Megan has a breadth of experience, appearing regularly in the Sheriff Courts and assisting in cases at the Court of Session.
She is a committee member of the Family Law Association, an organisation which represents family Lawyers across Scotland to promote family law as an entirely distinct area of practice.
Megan is certified by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Trauma-Informed practice, which shows her commitment to providing compassionate, understanding, and informed legal support to our clients. Megan volunteers with Shared Parenting Scotland, a charity designed to provide advice to separated parents who are struggling with such a significant change.
