Marcus Weir

Based in Dundee, Marcus is a first seat Trainee Solicitor in our Commercial Real Estate team.

Marcus assists clients with a wide range of commercial property matters, including purchases and sales, commercial leases (advising both landlords and tenants), assignations and transfers of title. He also supports clients seeking guidance on property ownership and title matters.

He is committed to being accessible and proactive, ensuring clients are kept informed and supported at every stage of their transaction while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

Marcus completed his LLB at Edinburgh Napier University and his Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow.

Outside of the office, Marcus enjoys keeping fit, going to the gym and spending time with friends and family.
