Malcolm Marshall

Malcolm is a final seat Trainee Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team in Dundee.  He joined Thorntons in September 2024 and completed his first three seats in Corporate, Employment and Commercial Real Estate.

Malcolm graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Abertay and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow.

He prides himself on developing strong relationships with clients, while working together to achieve a combined goal.

Malcolm is currently the external Chair of Abertay Student’s Association’s Trustee Board, having previously been a member of the board as a Student Trustee since 2021.
