Having lived in my home for 43 years plus this was my first time as a seller. I settled on Thorntons because of its well known reputation. My first encounter with Lucy Rourke came in January 2024 when a bid from a potential buyer had been lodged. Now at the legal stage of the house sale it was her responsibility to ensure a smooth transition occurred.
