Karin Bousie

Working alongside Steven Drake and Joanne Grimmond, Karin is an Associate in our Residential Conveyancing team in Dundee.

Karin advises clients on a wide range of property matters including house sales, purchases, discharges, transfers of title, and remortgages. She particularly enjoys advising first-time buyers, helping them navigate the process with confidence and clarity.

Client care is very important to Karin, and she focuses on making each transaction as stress-free as possible. She is known for her clear communication, approachable nature, and commitment to reassuring clients throughout the process.

Before specialising in residential conveyancing, Karin worked in Private Client services for five years, returning to conveyancing at the end of 2020.
