Joanne is a Legal Director in our Private Client team in Dundee.
Working alongside Chris Gardiner, Joanne advises clients on all aspects of Private Client matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, executry administration, legal rights issues, care home cost planning and Inheritance Tax planning. She can also assist with some matters related to Trusts. Joanne has a particular interest in advising on executry estates.
Client care is extremely important to Joanne. She always ensures that she is doing her best for her clients by giving them the best service possible and is well known for her approachability, especially when dealing with sensitive issues such as bereavement.
Joanne is a STEP qualified Trust and Estate Practioner (TEP) and a Scottish Law Accountant (SLA). She is also a Notary Public.
In 2014, Joanne was awarded the Jean Deick Award for Excellence in Trust Accounting in SOLAS. She was later awarded the Worldwide Excellence for STEP Advanced Certificate in Trusts – Law and Practice in 2016.
