Jennifer Callaghan

Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as Specialist Paralegal in Commercial Conveyancing.

Jennifer is a Law Society accredited Paralegal in our Commercial Property team in Inverness. She works on all aspects of commercial property work, including sales and purchase transactions, leasing, acquisitions, title investigations and voluntary registration applications, with a particular interest in Sasine title investigations.

She works with Partners John Smart and Paul Adams, and acts for a range of clients including landlords and tenants, property developers, local businesses and estate owners. The team are on hand for clients throughout the legal process, working to deliver a prompt, responsive and expert client service.
