Jake Fraser

Jake is part of our senior leadership team, playing a key role in enabling technology across the firm to support exceptional client service across all our offices. His work includes engaging with colleagues, collaborating with trusted partners, and staying ahead of the ever-evolving technology landscape. He leads the teams responsible for delivering robust, secure, and reliable technology solutions to the firm, and works closely with our Chief Transformation Officer, Sarah Blair, to deliver new capabilities that enhance the services we can provide.

Jake is known for his pragmatic approach to technology, combining deep technical knowledge with a strong understanding of how technology needs to fit into the real world and enable people to do their best work. He strives to invest his time into building trust and understanding with non-technical stakeholders.

Jake is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMgr FCMI), a Professional Member of The British Computing Society (MBCS), and holds an MBA from Cranfield University. He has been recognised as one of the Top 100 UK IT Leaders by Computing Magazine for four consecutive years (2022–2025).
