Hollie Scott

Based in Edinburgh, Hollie is a first seat Trainee Solicitor in our Land and Rural Business team.

Working closely with Kenneth Mackay and Robin Dunlop, Hollie assists clients with a variety of rural property matters, including the sale, purchase and leasing of building plots, farms and estates across Scotland.

Hollie is enthusiastic and approachable, taking pride in providing tailored advice to clients while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Prior to commencing her traineeship, Hollie completed a vacation scheme with the firm in June 2024, gaining experience within the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Glasgow. She has also volunteered with her local Victim Support Scotland branch and the Royal Air Forces Association as a Connections for Life Volunteer, helping to combat loneliness and isolation within the RAF community.

Hollie graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Scots Law with French from the University of Aberdeen and completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde.

Outside of the office, Hollie enjoys running with her local running club.
