Helen Honeyman

Based in Dundee, Helen plays a key role in shaping the colleague experience at Thorntons. 

Helen is part of our senior leadership team and leads the People team that guides and supports initiatives that strengthen our colleague engagement, enhances organisational resilience, and attract a diverse range of legal and business support talent.

Helen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and has more than 20 years’ experience, in both the public sector and financial services. She is passionate about supporting colleagues, from onboarding to development and beyond helping them bring the best of themselves to the firm. 

Outside of the office, Helen is a Non-Executive Director of Dundee and Angus College. She also serves as Deputy Chair of their Board of Management and Chair of their Audit and Risk Committee.
