A Solicitor in the Corporate team working alongside Partners, Michael Royden and Kim Campbell, Hannah advises on a wide range of matters including corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, shareholders’ agreements and partnership agreements. She acts primarily for healthcare professionals with a focus on dental practitioners, pharmacists and GPs. She also has experience advising dental consolidators and care home operators.
