Gillian is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal, and is often the first point of contact for clients. Based in our Arbroath office, her work includes advising on the property process, keeping clients updated throughout, negotiating missives on their behalf, preparing dispositions and standard securities, and handling deed registration.
Gillian handles house purchases, sales, transfers of title, remortgages, voluntary registration and discharge of standard securities, and particularly enjoys acting for first-time buyers and sharing the excitement of them purchasing their very first home.
