Gill is Business Manager for our Residential Property and Personal Injury teams. She works closely with the teams, as well as with our IT and Management teams, to achieve our business management goals, together with supervising Director Peter Ryder and Partners David Mathieson and Gordon McBean. This includes looking at change to produce further excellent client service, growth for the business and development opportunities for her colleagues, and ensuring our systems and processes are effective to deliver such goals.
With over 30 years’ experience, including completing the Residential Paralegal Conveyancing Course, Gill is client focused, working to understand and best respond to customer and business needs. She is based in our Dundee office but covers all Thorntons offices.
