Fiona is Thorntons’ Talent Acquisition Manager, working with Caroline Petrie and Kim Soutar to support our hiring teams through each stage of the recruitment process and deliver a first-class candidate experience.
She oversees our full Talent Acquisition process, from strategic planning to the implementation of diverse and inclusive hiring practices, managing our Graduate Traineeship programme, and working in partnership with senior stakeholders to deliver our strategic plans for growth and contribute to wider HR strategy.
Passionate about diversity and inclusion, Fiona works with a variety of groups and partner organisations to foster diversity and inclusion and social mobility across the legal profession.
With 20 years’ experience in both operational and strategic roles in the legal sphere, Fiona has worked for nine years with Thorntons in both HR & Talent Acquisition roles. She has a law degree from the University of Edinburgh and is an Associate Member of CIPD with a Diploma in HR Management.
